The refund processing time includes:

• Crediting the amount to your original payment method or bank account

Please note that the actual credit to your bank account may take an additional 1-2 business days depending on your bank's processing time. The total time from refund approval to funds appearing in your account is typically 5-7 working days.

Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

• Service cancellation within the eligible refund period
• Duplicate payments or billing errors
• Technical issues preventing service delivery

For bank transfers and credit/debit card payments, the refund will be credited directly to your bank account or card within 5-7 working days after approval.
